This lovely townhome is located in a peaceful East Vail setting. Upon entry there is a large foyer for coats and gear. An inviting great room is filled with comfy furniture and a gas fireplace. Plenty of space at the breakfast bar to keep the chef of the group company during meal preparations in a fully stocked kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and the large windows truly bring nature into the home.There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, plus bonus sleeping space in the loft on the third level. Don't forget about the attached and heated one car garage. The Vail Racquet Club is located directly across the street where club day passes are available for a reasonable cost. There is also a restaurant/bar for nights when no one wants to cook or drive back into town. The free shuttle runs every 15 minutes from this location during ski season.
